1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kuritr platform — including our website (kuritr.com), mobile application, or any related service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Kuritr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Description

Kuritr provides a digital marketplace for the following services within Nigeria:

• Mobile data bundle purchases across MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9Mobile networks
• Airtime top-up for all major Nigerian telecommunications networks
• Electricity bill payment and token generation for major Nigerian DISCOs
• Bus ticket booking for intercity travel routes across Nigeria
• Contests, promotions, and prize giveaways for eligible registered users

All services are provided subject to availability and applicable network or partner conditions. Kuritr does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

3. Account Registration

To access Kuritr's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
• Kuritr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party

4. Payments & Wallet

Kuritr offers a digital wallet system for storing funds used to purchase services. All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

• Wallet funds are non-refundable unless a proven transaction error occurred
• Withdrawal of wallet funds to bank accounts is subject to verification
• Kuritr is not responsible for failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors
• Users must report transaction disputes within 7 days of occurrence
• Fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities

5. Data & Airtime Purchases

Data and airtime deliveries are processed instantly upon successful payment. Network downtime or delays caused by the respective telecommunications provider are outside Kuritr's control.

Kuritr does not guarantee specific data speeds or quality, as these are determined solely by the respective network operators. Refunds for successfully delivered data or airtime will not be processed except in cases of provable system error.

6. Bus Ticket Bookings

Bus tickets are booked through Kuritr's partner transport operators. Ticket availability, pricing, and cancellation policies are subject to the respective transport operator's terms.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise by the operator
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure for a partial refund
• Kuritr is not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by transport operators
• Passengers are responsible for arriving at boarding points on time

7. Contests & Promotions

Kuritr periodically runs contests, raffles, and promotional giveaways. Participation is subject to the specific rules of each contest.

• Contests are open to registered Nigerian residents only
• Kuritr employees and their immediate families are ineligible
• Prize winners will be notified via registered email or phone number
• Kuritr reserves the right to disqualify participants for suspected fraud
• Cash prizes are subject to applicable Nigerian tax regulations
• Contest results are final and non-negotiable

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Kuritr collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

By using Kuritr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with Nigeria's applicable data protection regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kuritr shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

Kuritr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of any service provided through third-party partners.
